Scheduled Work Days: Monday February 19th through end of July 2018
Hours: Flexible start time, either 7am, 8am, or 9am, but once set it will be held to and will be an 6-7 hour day for 30-35 hours per week.
Pay Rate: $15.00/Hour
Over Time: NO
Break: 1/2 lunch
Dress Attire: Business casual

Position Summary
The Sales Coordinator will support the Sales Team by coordinating final product samples, entering purchase orders, completing customer item set-ups, preparing for key meetings and shows, and providing customer service to the internal account management team.

Duties and Responsibilities

Item Set-ups
Key Meeting/Show Preparation
Customer Service

Sample Management
Own the on-going management and organization of all final production samples.
Manage sample shipments to customers + communicate tracking.
Manage internal final sample requests for Sales, Product Development + Customer Service.
Coordinate PD sample delivery to the Illume Studio.
Maintain the Final Collection Image Library, photographing all final product + editing images.
Assist in managing sample due dates and timelines.
Assist in managing customer early floor set + prototype requests as needed.

Purchase Order Entry
Enter all manual customer purchase orders into Macola.
Route all manual customer purchase orders internally.
Create PO Breakout Sheets for the Production Team + Label Room.

Item set-ups
Create ISUs / SKU Worksheets for proper item set-up in customer systems.
Review item set-ups in IMN for Target to ensure accuracy.

Key Meeting/Show Preparation
Attend customer competitive shopping trips with Account Managers.
Coordinate + set-up lunches for customer meetings.
Assist in setting-up product displays at Illume.
Attend weekly Shipping and Production meetings.

Customer Service
Attend customer meetings at ILLUME (as required).
Provide top-level customer service to internal team, including (but not limited to): responding within 24-hours with an answer / expected answer date, sending tracking information for orders + samples and completing all required customer documents on or before requested due dates.
Work closely with Account Managers to ensure timely item set-ups, sample requirements are met and support customer meeting needs.

Education Requirement:
Computer Skills, proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Education: Bachelor s degree preferred
