Recruiter Trainer

Award Staffing is hiring for a Recruiter Trainer. The Recruiter Trainer is responsible for providing support and delivering training company-wide to management and staff and for supporting and communicating corporate initiatives, technology enhancements and operational policy and procedures.

Key functions include:

  • Experience with conducting needs assessments
  • Consult with leadership on identifying learning and development gaps and crystallizing desired results
  • Develop and implement e-learning program around Applicant Tracking System
  • Streamline processes, such as tracking training participation to reduce documentation time and increase efficiency and consistency of follow up with training participants.
  • Facilitate virtual instructor-led training sessions on all aspects of Applicant Tracking System and all technology
  • Facilitate classroom training sessions on various iterations of Recruiter Training.
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on multiple technology enhancement projects including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) prior to roll out.
  • Track and maintain training records to ensure staff is in compliance with company training programs.
  • Consistently monitor branch development through formal and informal audit process and provide appropriate feedback to management and staff.
  • Work with Management to identify training opportunities and work to establish best practices relative to training design, delivery, and ROI.
  • Deliver ad-hoc training virtually, in person, one-on-one, and in groups as requested
  • Determine the correct intervention and establish preliminary objectives
  • Develop consistent training initiation and feedback mechanisms with key customers
  • Maintain a training calendar with department-identified training themes
  • Coordinate with teams that are devising new processes or implementing changes
  • Associate’s degree, Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of two years of experience delivering instructor-led training
  • Strong service orientation
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills and a dynamic, engaging classroom presence
  • Able to coach and train employees on soft and hard skills
  • Understanding and incorporation of adult learning theory into classroom instruction
  • Ability to effectively build relationships and consult with internal customers.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Ability to travel to locations around the metropolitan area
