Award Staffing has partnered up with awesome manufacturing company in Ramsey, MN who specializes in creating a wide array of mold injections. They are looking for quality machine operators with an emphasis in press operation to help assist  in meeting, fulfilling and exceeding company objectives. Position: Press Operator
Hours: 1st shift 7am-3: 30 | 2nd shift 3pm-11: 30pm | 3rd shift 11pm-7: 30am. Overlaping hours.
Pay rate: $12 - $13.50 Need resume for $13.50

Ability to read and write, work independently with little supervision, perform the same task repeatedly in a timely and consistent manner.

**Job Qualifications & Requirements: Training & Experience Six months related machine operator experience or training preferred.

Dress Code:
Jeans and t-shirt. Need ankles covered and closed toe shoes.
No athletic wear
No tank tops
No offensive t-shirts
No flats

Lifting Req:
*Physical Demands: The employee is required to stand for extended periods of time, sit, move about, push, pull, reach, and stoop. Exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally.

Yes, they do a walkthrough interview with a couple questions for about 5-15 minutes.
For 1st shift: Set up interviews between 8am & 10am
For 2nd Shift: Set up interviews between 2pm &4pm

Position description:

Primary Job Responsibilities
Operates the press.
Removes parts from mold.
Removes runners and flash from molded parts.
Performs secondary operations such as welding, milling, or pad printing.
Performs visual inspection of parts for defects.
Performs assembly operations.
Packages parts after the inspection.
Completes required paperwork.
Maintains work area in a neat and orderly fashion.
Performs duties in accordance to Quality System documentation, including the Quality Manual, Operating Procedures and Work Instructions.
Takes necessary steps to verify work output meets company quality standards and customer requirements.
Other duties as required.

Secondary Job Responsibilities
Take the Paulson Training course and meet company established guidelines to pass.
