Award Staffing is seeking a Sales Account Manager to help elevate grow our business in Minnesota. Each Account Manager has a geographic territory to hunt for and service Award client.

The Account Manager is responsible for operational and strategic aspects of sales activities within our organization, as well as ensuring client satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned: 

    1. Exceed sales revenue quotas by winning new contracts and job orders through prospecting and developing new customer relationships.
    2. Identify and qualify sales opportunities by providing a consultative and value-added approach to develop relationships. Negotiate contractual terms and conditions for employment services, and work with the operations and recruiting teams to ensure smooth transitions.
    3. Define and develop lead generation strategies and marketing plans for new accounts to further penetrate existing accounts.
    4. Present company service offerings to prospective clients, client consultation and development of proposals.
    5. Maintain an ongoing relationship with prospective clients, both in-person and by phone, continuously assessing and communicating how Award Staffing can meet their needs.
    6. Develop and execute sales presentations to potential clients.
    7. Create proposals for providing staffing services, customized to prospective clients’ needs.
    8. Develop and implement sales plans and associated activities.
    9. Coordinate with the recruiting team to onboard new clients, including: complete and submit job order tickets to Director of Recruiting, facilitate introductions between new clients and assigned client relationship representatives, and work with the recruiting team to set up customized services according to clients’ specifications.
    10. Manage all existing and new accounts in designated sales territory, ensuring clients’ needs are met, problems are solved and issues are addressed.
    11. Initiate personal growth by understanding market trends, attending educational sessions and actively networking.
    12. Required to initiate and organize meetings and phone calls with prospects, prepare professional emails, participate in preparation of sales collateral.

Qualifications:

Previous proven track record of sales management experience required.

Education/Experience:

Business/Marketing education preferred; 2-4 years of sales management required.
